David Moloney

I work with Satalia's clients to identify frictional loss, inefficiencies, and other complex problems that can be solved with data science + optimisation. Then I help the team deliver. I also run technology, innovation and "Art of the possible" workshops for clients. I give keynotes, and I chair panels on a wide range of tech topics.
I have worked in technology my whole career, always matching technical capability to business need. I have advanced training and extensive experience in structured innovation.
Previously, I helped start-ups and scale-ups improve market positioning and gain traction with corporate clients. I helped corporates benefit from innovation and disruptive technologies including artificial intelligence and blockchain. I gave keynotes on emerging and disruptive technologies. As a cyber security research director, I led or contributed to research on security architecture, the insider threat, risk appetite, hacktivism and application security among other topics. As a forensic technologist I led teams who captured and processed large volumes of electronic data in support of critical events such as litigation, regulatory inquiries, investigations and insolvencies.
I've held a range of roles from senior technical consultant to director of product marketing. I have worked for large organisations, start-ups, government, small consultancies, and a non-profit.
